KILLBOX operates a private Xbox DayZ gaming server and related community services, including:

  • Xbox DayZ game server hosting
  • Community Discord server
  • Website and leaderboard services
  • Social media presence and content

3. User Conduct and Rules

Gaming Conduct

  • No Cheating: Use of hacks, exploits, or third-party modifications is strictly prohibited
  • Fair Play: Respect the intended game mechanics and server rules
  • No Harassment: Treat all players with respect regardless of skill level
  • No Hate Speech: Discriminatory language or content is not tolerated

Communication Guidelines

  • Keep voice and text chat appropriate for all audiences
  • No spam, excessive trolling, or disruptive behavior
  • Respect admin decisions and server moderators
  • No sharing of personal information without consent

4. Account Responsibility

You are responsible for:

  • Maintaining the security of your Xbox Live account
  • All activities that occur under your account
  • Ensuring your account information is accurate
  • Immediately notifying us of any unauthorized use

5. Server Access and Availability

  • Access Rights: We reserve the right to deny or revoke server access at our discretion
  • Uptime: While we strive for maximum uptime, we do not guarantee 100% availability
  • Maintenance: Scheduled maintenance may temporarily interrupt service
  • Capacity: Server access may be limited based on capacity

6. Content and Intellectual Property

Your Content

  • You retain ownership of content you create or share
  • You grant us license to use, display, and distribute your content as necessary for service operation
  • You are responsible for ensuring you have rights to any content you share

Our Content

  • KILLBOX branding, website design, and custom content are our property
  • DayZ game content is owned by Bohemia Interactive
  • You may not use our content without permission

7. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited:

  • Attempting to gain unauthorized access to our systems
  • Distributing malware or harmful code
  • Selling or transferring server access
  • Impersonating staff members or other players
  • Exploiting bugs or glitches for unfair advantage
  • Real money trading of in-game items or advantages

8. Enforcement and Penalties

Violations of these Terms may result in:

  • Warning: First-time minor violations
  • Temporary Suspension: Repeated or moderate violations
  • Permanent Ban: Severe violations or repeated offenses
  • Hardware Ban: Extreme cases involving cheating or exploitation

9. Disclaimers and Limitations

Service Disclaimer

Our services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee:

  • Uninterrupted or error-free service

Limitation of Liability

10. Age Requirements

Our services are intended for users 13 years of age and older. Users under 18 must have parental consent to use our services. DayZ is rated M for Mature (17+) by the ESRB.
